Drawing Gum
is a special liquid you paint onto areas of your artwork that you want to keep white or free of color. You can use it with watercolors, ink, diluted gouache, and more. It works on many surfaces like paper, cardboard, Bristol board, acetate, or even wood.
To use it, simply apply the gum with a brush or pen on the spots you want to protect. Let it dry, then paint over it with your colors. After your painting is fully dry, gently rub the gum off with your finger or an eraser. The masked areas will stay clean and clear, just as you planned.
