We ship to addresses within the United States only. Every order placed at Artsuppllies qualifies for free standard shipping—no minimum purchase required.

Once your order comes in, it usually takes us 1 to 2 business days to pick, pack, and hand it over to the carrier. We process orders Monday through Friday, so anything that comes in over the weekend or on a holiday starts moving on the next business day.

After the package leaves our facility, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on where you are in the country. The carriers we work with include well-known services like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The exact carrier for your shipment is selected based on package size and destination—you’ll see the details in your tracking information once it’s available.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can’t redirect packages once they’re in transit, and any reshipment costs caused by an incorrect address will need to be covered by the buyer.

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping, international delivery, or delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or United States territories outside the 50 states. If you have a special delivery need, you’re welcome to reach out to us before you place your order—we’ll do our best to help.
