We want you to be happy with what you order, so we keep returns simple. If something isn’t right, you can send it back within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or is otherwise flawed due to a manufacturing or quality issue, the condition of the packaging doesn’t matter—we’ll still take care of you.

Starting a return is straightforward. Just contact us at info@artsuppllies.it.com with your order number and a brief description of what’s going on. If it’s a quality-related problem, attaching a couple of photos speeds things up. We’ll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. There’s no restocking fee—ever—and you won’t pay a dime for return shipping.

Once we receive the return, our team checks it within 1 to 2 business days, and we’ll then process your refund. The refund goes back to the original payment method. After we process it, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the money to show up in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. We’ll send you an email the moment the refund is initiated so you know exactly when to expect it.
